The owner of the business, Donna Stuart, is in a position of trust in the community and was appointed as secretary to the Wrekin Landlords Association, an organisation formed for private landlords in the local area and welcomes all landlords, regardless if they use an agent or not - The Wrekin Landlords Association provides useful advice and helps to keep landlords up to date with property law.

The HomeWise team have over twenty five years experience in the rental market, and with this experience, they have a healthy, successful and respected company. HomeWise has two offices that you are able to visit, One Wellington the other in Market Drayton. Each office is open open six days a week until late (6pm), making contact for Landlords and Tenants easier.

Donna Stuart- The director of HomeWise started in the letting business in 1991, working with a Property Management franchise company in Coventry. During her time with this business she opened new offices in Leicester, Croydon and London Bridge, as well as working in Canada. If there is a question that needs answering about property rentals, Donna is bound to know the answer, with her years of experience.

Lynsey Hutchison- Lynsey is in her seventh year working for HomeWise and was appointed 'Assistant Manager in 2009. She has over 10 years experience of working within the rental market. Lynsey’s professionalism and experience shows within all her work, especially liaising between landlords and tenants and the day to day events in and out the office.

 

Stacey Westbrook - Has worked within the property industry for the past 8 years, her main roles within HomeWise are marketing, tenant applications, maintenance and administration.
